How do I buy online

Click on ‘Product’ and choose a product to your cart. Simply check out and proceed to payment by paypal.

We provide Master card, Visa, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS.

How do I trace my order?

By logging into your account and viewing your recent order status as well as the more detailed information if “view details” is clicked

How do I cancel my order?

No next-day delivery can be cancelled. All orders can be cancelled with 48 hours in advance. If payment is made, please contact us at info@wine4u.hk for further assistance in cancelling of orders.

What if my order arrive damaged, incorrect or missing?

All damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to info@win4u.hk or call 2439 9530 within 12 hours upon good received.

We will arrange the exchange of the item for value below $500 once verification is done. For value over $500 not be refunded in any event.

 

What if I forget my membership user or password?

If you were to forget your password, there is a “forgot password” link within the login page for you to request for a password reset. Your user login would be your email. If you were to forget your user login, please call us or mail us at info@wine4u.hk to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
